赤磷阻燃劑是目前有效阻磷成分較高，用途較為廣泛的非鹵阻燃劑，是電纜料、輸送帶、工程塑料阻燃較為有效的選擇。其以優越的綜合性能，已被越來越多的用戶所采用。RP-1、2采用高分子材料密胺樹脂和無機阻燃劑進行多層包覆，利用高分子材料在赤磷表面形成致密的納米級薄膜，提高了與高分子材料的相融性，使其不易吸濕和氧化，提高了抗沖擊程度，再加工過程中安全、不產生有毒氣體。經微膠囊技術處理過的赤磷細度高、粒徑范圍分布窄、分布性好，應用于塑料制品加工中，其物理機械性能及阻燃性均有顯著提高和改善。

赤磷阻燃劑以其高效、無鹵、低煙、低渡的特性，被廣泛應用于PP、PE、PA、PET、EVA、PC、PBT、EEA等熱塑型樹脂，環氧、酚醛、不飽和聚酯等熱固性樹脂，及丁二烯橡膠、乙丙橡膠、纖維制品等的阻燃。

儲運

本品因儲存在陰涼、干燥、通風的倉庫中，在儲運過程中應小心輕放，防止撞擊破損。

It is a more effective choice for flame retardancy in cable materials, conveyor belts, and engineering plastics. RP-1 and RP-2 use polymer materials such as melamine resin and inorganic flame retardants for multi-layer coating, forming a dense nanoscale film on the surface of red phosphorus using polymer materials, improving their compatibility with polymer materials, making them less prone to moisture absorption and oxidation, and improving their impact resistance. During the processing, they are safe and do not produce toxic gases. Red phosphorus treated with microcapsule technology has high fineness, narrow particle size distribution, and good distribution.
